Welcome to Confirmation Preparation 2024-2025!
Please fill out the Registration Form below to register your child for Confirmation Preparation for the 2024-2025 school year.

Registration forms are due by 9/6/2024 or sooner

Links to the Sponsor Form, Saint Project, and Service Hours Sheet can be found on the left side of the Confirmation homepage along with their due dates. Please keep in mind that there are events in September where Sponsors are invited to participate.

The Monday evening session is FULL. Anyone who registers after 8/7/2024 will automatically be place in the Sunday evening session.

  * I understand by submitting a form for my child(ren) to be enrolled in Confirmaion Preparation Classes, I am responsible for paying a donation of $100 to help cover the necessary costs of the program
  
  * If payment is not made at time of registration, an invoice will be sent to you.
  
  * If you would like to pay using cash or check, please make checks payable to St. Stephen Church and send them to Holy Spirit or St. Stephen Parish Offices.

  * No family will be turned away because of the inability to pay.
